Can you explain the terms used in AutoSave?

AutoSave uses common terms for operations.  Some of these are listed below:

  • Upload – Transfer of the program from the PLC to AutoSave.
  • Download – Transfer of the program from AutoSave to the PLC.
  • Current – This is the Current Working Copy of the program (the newest revision).
  • AutoSave Agent – Schedulers which are configured to automatially upload, compare and update program files periodically.
  • AutoSave Client – The interface that users utilize to access program files.

How do I print my certificate?

You must finish all topics, lessons and quizzes to complete a course and earn a certificate.  Once you have completed the course work, you can print your certificate from the “My Account” page or from the main page for that course.

How do I access the courses in which I am enrolled?

Click on the “My Account” tab at the top of your screen. The courses in which you are currently enrolled as well as the certificates you have earned will be listed on this page.
